I find Reg and Reagan very professional to deal with, down to their trade teams of electrician, cabinet person and plumbers etc. Everything was managed accordingly and discussed every step of the way. Appointments made and kept. All tradies were reliable in keeping their appointments There was a slight delay during COVID lockdown but as soon as it was safe work resumed. Safety was paramount, for all concerned. Reagan is an excellent project manager. I would happily deal with their company again.

In April-May 2017 I had a new kitchen installed by Kensington Kitchens & Bathrooms in my two-bedroom unit. Reg came over, did the measurements and drawings, and sent me a quote. Some companies give a quote which is valid for only seven days in order to put pressure on the customer to make a quick decision. I liked the fact that no pressure was put on me in any way by Reg and I had time to think about the quote and what he proposed for the new kitchen.

The kitchen took a month to install. The project was well managed by Regan. All the tradesmen (and one tradeswoman) were friendly people who took pride in their work and did their jobs very well. I often had to go to my work and leave them in my unit working, but I knew that all of them could be trusted. There were no hitches, no problems or delays. The old kitchen was stripped and taken away. The new cupboards, appliances, sinks, benchtop and splashback were installed on schedule. The tradespeople took great care not to cause any damage to the components of the new kitchen or to any part of my unit.

I am delighted with the result. The new kitchen looks stunning and I can feel the new energy whenever I step into it. The cabinets are of very good quality and the hardened glass splashback looks terrific.

I investigated several kitchen renovating companies, but I always had the feeling that I could trust Kensington Kitchens & Bathrooms. They did not let me down and I have pleasure in recommending them to others.

My husband and I first met Reg in 2001, when he came to quote on renovating our kitchen.  It was the original kitchen in a 1960’s house, small, dark and dingy.

We had quotes from different companies, and not one of them could suggest any way to redesign this small room, to create a better space. Reg measured the area, and pondered for a while. What he suggested, worked beautifully, opening up the whole area. The kitchen looks almost as good today, as it did the day it was installed 15 years ago.

Since then, we have asked Reg to come back for no less than six different projects.  He has renovated the kitchens in both our unit and granny flat.

We converted the veranda into a sun room. Kensington kitchens and bathrooms, designed our barbeque area, with cabinetry and stone benchtops. We use this are constantly for entertaining family and friends.

I am writing to recommend the services of Reg and Regan from Kensington Kitchens and bathrooms.
The work required was a complete rip out and re-install of a new kitchen in my one bedroom apartment in Paddington, Sydney. This required the installation of all new cabinetry and stone benchtop, as well as new appliances and tiling.

Reg was the consummate professional, and from the outset was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He provided
great advice on how to maximise the space, and his 30 odd years in the industry was obvious. I received a quote from Reg within a few days, that was thorough and the cost was very reasonable.

Once the quote was accepted, my main point of contact was Regan who – along with his qualified team of electricians, plumbers, tilers and builders – began the renovation on the apartment.

Regan was equally professional, and a great bloke who was available around the clock to any potential queries that I had, as well as providing me with constant updates as to the progress of the build. Regan co-ordinated his team around my work day, and minimised any potential inconvenience as possible. Furthermore, as the apartment was under strata management, Regan co-ordinated with the strata committee, to ensure that neighbouring apartments were unaffected during construction.

As for the standard of work itself, I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. The materials and appliances used are quality, and the new kitchen has completely transformed the apartment. I will be using Kensington Kitchens and bathrooms for all my future needs, and couldn’t recommend them more highly for anyone considering their own renovations.
